Singapore-based Ultimate Golf Lessons, an academy that teaches the game of golf to players at a variety of skills levels, is now offering a complimentary consultation to all new applicants. Ultimate Golf Lessons serves players from all across Singapore, and operates primarily from Nature Park Driving Range in centrally-located Bishan Park.
Ultimate Golf Lessons offers several types of lessons depending on skill and age level. Junior lessons are intended for children, teens and under. Beginner-level is designed for those with little to no golf experience, while Intermediate-level lessons are structured for those rediscovering the game or honing existing skills. There is also an “ultimate” level of instruction, intended as a fast-track path to a golf Proficiency Certificate (PC) and the attainment of handicap according to the USGA Handicap Index.
Most courses at the Ultimate academy include classroom training as well as on-the-course competition experience. Lessons include free club rentals as well as video swing analysis, in which a student's golf swing is videotaped and analyzed to identity potential weaknesses and ways to improve swing mechanics.
Lessons are progressive and individualized, and cover every aspect of the game, including but not limited to: golf swing fundamentals, on-course etiquette and protocol, chipping and putting, bunker shots, sloping lies, approach shots, and fairway driving.
Ultimate's golf instructors boast several professional accreditations, including the American Golf Teachers Federation (AMGTF), the European Golf Teachers Federation (EGTF), the Asian Golf Academy (AGA), and the National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP). Golf professionals teach on either an individual basis or with small groups of students, and emphasize custom approaches and itineraries that are mutually developed by student and teacher.
