sgCarMart, Singapore’s number one automotive website, officially announced today its collaboration with 88DB.com, one of the leading service portals in Singapore, to display car listings from sgCarMart on 88DB.com’s automotive section. This will prove beneficial to advertisers as well as consumers with the wider reach that the collaboration will provide.
Starting on June 29 2010, this partnership will see sgCarMart’s media-rich content and car listings, which represent over 80% of all resale cars in the Singapore market, being displayed on 88DB.com. With the number of resale cars in sgCarMart’s database now exceeding 8,000 cars with a daily insertion rate of more than 100 car advertisements, users on 88DB.com will have more options in their search for their dream vehicle. This will also allow advertisers on sgCarMart to be exposed to a new, but complementary, audience.
Mr. Vincent Tan, Business Development Director of sgCarMart said, “We are delighted to be chosen as the content partner for 88DB.com. This move will greatly benefit the sgCarMart advertisers as well as the 88DB.com users. It is indeed a win-win situation.”
88DB.com is one of the leading service portals in Singapore, offering a wide range of services in over 300 specific categories. It features an interactive classified platform where providers and consumers can find each other and online communities where users can interact with different service providers.
Mr Steven Seek, Managing Director of 88DB Singapore Pte Ltd, said, “With this collaboration, 88DB.com will be able to offer a more comprehensive online shopping experience for our users, especially in the automotive category. sgCarMart.com has one of the largest databases of new and used cars for sale in Singapore with over 10,000 key listings, and their strength and experience in the automotive industry will provide quality contents to 88DB.com users.”
The partnership enables sgCarMart to be portrayed as a strong brand that reaches out effectively to the car community as well as giving its utmost support to its advertisers.
